What if I have chosen the wrong image? Can I exchange it?
If this has occurred, email us immediately. If the processing stage has not commenced, we will be able to exchange the image with your preferred choice. Please view our E-commerce Terms & Conditions Section 4.3
Can I order a print in canvas?
Yes. For a quote for custom made prints, email us at clawandcaneprints@gmail.com. Include your size preference (A2, A3 or A4). Note: Canvas prints are made by our trusted third party and require a longer processing time.
Can the delivery driver leave the picture unattended, but in a safe place?
No, all prints require a signature on collection. Please view our E-commerce Terms & Conditions Shipping & Delivery, Section 8.
