Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a picture of the item and the damage as soon as it is received.

Exchanges and non-returnable items
Claw and Cane Prints are 'made to order' and cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We suggest you choose carefully.
