At Claw and Cane Prints, we're committed to getting your beautiful Australian-themed framed prints to you safely and efficiently.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on your location.

Our standard production time is approximately 4–5 business days. This period covers the processing of your order, printing of the selected image, and (where applicable) framing and packaging.

Please note that this timeframe is provided as an estimate only. Actual production and delivery times may vary due to a range of factors outside our control, including delays by our trusted third-party production partner or Australian shipping carriers.

During busy seasons (such as Christmas, Father's Day, Mother's Day, or other peak periods), both production and delivery may take longer than usual. Once your order has been produced and dispatched, the delivery timeframe will depend on the destination, the carrier's network, and any circumstances affecting their service.

While we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your order is delivered promptly, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers or events beyond our reasonable control.

Packaging

All prints are carefully packaged in sturdy generic boxes (or tubes for unframed prints and). All prints sent internationally from Australia.

Delivery Areas

We ship Australia-wide. Framed prints are available for international shipping to New Zealand, the UK, and the United States.
